Our practice is committed to helping fathers stay in touch with their children.

 

At Mannion Lawyers we understand that children should have a special relationship with their father, and acknowledge how hard it can be at times. We acknowledge the two primary presumptions made by the Family Law Act:

 

• A child has a right to have a meaningful relationship with both of their parents, and

• If it is not practical for parents to have shared care of their children, then significant and meaningful time with the other parents must be considered.
